NO SMOKING (family asthma) - there is no external smoking area.

SECURITY DEPOSIT of £400 GBP against loss &/or damage required.
Paid via PayPal and refunded after the flat has been checked (within 72 hours of departure). We will email you a PayPal invoice, and the deposit will be returned via PayPal. Paid separately 3 weeks before arrival. This needs to be a separate payment to facilitate rapid refund.
CLEANING ON DEPARTURE: The flat is to be left in a reasonable state (similar to what it was on arrival), we do expect to and will hoover and clean all surfaces after your stay, but we don`t expect the flat to be left with hours of cleaning up to do of mess that has been left. IF YOU WANT US TO DO YOUR CLEANING ON DEPARTURE there is an additional (minimum) 175 GBP charge.
LAUNDRY PRODUCTS: we request that you do not use highly perfumed laundry products because of family allergy, suitable products will be supplied (included in the price) for you for the duration of your stay.
